Student Art at the Florida Pioneer Festival

HACT proudly partnered with the Florida Pioneer to present two exciting art opportunities for elementary students in Hardee County: a class quilt and a diorama competition. initiative marked our first community project, where young artists used quilting square templates to craft a beautiful class quilt and designed individual dioramas focused on farming and homesteading themes.

The winning quilts and dioramas were showcased at the Pioneer Festival, receiving enthusiastic praise from attendees. Participating schools included Zolfo Springs Elementary, Hilltop Elementary, North Wauchula Elementary, Alane Academy, and East Academy.
